Hi All, Just got my First Smart Fortwo as a little project for the remainder of the year, Unfortunately needs a new engine and i may need to ask for some advice along the way.

Pretty common to rebuild the 450 engine (circa £800 in parts) if you have the skills (assuming it's the usual ring/exhaust valve failure). 451 MHDs with blown engine? - trickier.
