I have a full set of yellow panels on my 450 smart, almond head lights. Looking to swap for blue or the burgundy type ones

Don't think you'll get burgundy (unless someone has painted them?)...as they were only made for the later, peanut headlight, models!
Yellows are getting pretty rare now, so you might be able to bargain for more than a straight swap???
