CD holders and ashtrays - are ones from the 451 or later compatible?

Are the CD holders and ashtrays from the 451 and later models compatible with the 450? I currently have one ashtray unit fitted, and would like to add two CD trays and a second ashtray/storage tray - it looks like there's enough attachment points for them.
