Relay clicking

I seem to have a clicking relay in the passenger footwell. Every 15 seconds it clicks. Is this normal?

I'd say no.
Can you find out which one, you should hopefully be able to feel it operating if you touch it.
Then you can look up on Evilution's site what it does..

Found the problem it was the rear wiper was activated but the rear wiper must be broken as its not moving

A problem with the rear wiper is the harness. Between the body and the rear window.
