  • Front wheel bearings

Anyone have recommendations on a particular brand/source? Front offside is noisy under load, I.e. left hand corners so I will replace both while I rebuild the front calipers and replace the brake fluid. Mot looms again although I am expecting to pretty much sail through.

Buy the cheapest you can source and let us know how they perform.

OEM part from dealer is pricey but dealers can offer pattern part (Firstline?) at roughly 2/3rds of OEM price.

I would just source a front bearing costing around £27 or less. They are good enough. Some of them even come with dust cap and centre bolt.

I usually avoid cheap pattern parts but the two Comline wheel bearings on the front of my wife's Roadster have covered ~20k enthusiastic miles with no problem so far.
