Smart Fortwo 451 Transmission Update Xentry Problems

I'm in the process of updating the transmission software 451 Transmission Update Xentry. I'm having some problems updating my software.

If you follow the youtube link the ignition on off buttons (the box which you tick for ignition on/off) seem to be missing. They appear in simulation but not when I proceed to update. Should they only appear in simulation or should it be like it is in the youtube link?

I'm sure the only way that the transmission can be updated is with an SCN code and the only way you can do that is if you are connected online to Mercedes, i.e. a Merc dealer or a specialist with a full (legal) star system and an active account.

I can do the update but I'm missing the tick on and off box any ideas?
