Ordered Smart Fortwo Edition 1

I've ordered a Smart Fortwo Edition 1. I got a great deal through Mercedes Macclesfield. £1100 dealer contribution.

I'm also thinking of ordering the Smart Elec Bike Orange Edition - Anyone know if they are actually around?

Oh, and are there plans for a bike rack for the new car?

To be fare unless Renault...I mean smart have had a Re-think the Smart bike won't fit the smart bike rack!!
I've got a 451 with the proper smart bike rack and the smart ebike doesn't fit on that, a mate has got a 450 with a proper smart bike rack and again the smart ebike doesn't fit... The problem is the ebikes frame is completely different to a normal bike and to make a rack accept the ebike it probably wouldn't fit the other 99.9% of bikes available and that really wouldn't make sense (if you know what I mean)

There is no rack at all yet from smart for the 453..

451 has a different attachment for e-bike & normal bikes

Nice, they rob you for the rack, rob you for the second runner (but not too badly), then rob you for a different clamp that'll only fit one bike in the world that they robbed you for when you bought it in the first place!!
