Have had my car 2 weeks now and I cannot activate the 3 years free live services. I have phoned TomTom about this, they could see that it was registered to my account and not sure what’s causing the issue and referred me to my dealership to sort out because they only provide the service but not the support. So I have asked the dealership and naturally they have turned around and said they have never come across this and have referred me back to TomTom.
