Replacement shift paddles for Roadster Brabus

Hello all,

one of the flappy paddles on my Smart Roadster Brabus (3-spoke Brabus steering wheel) has broken beyond glueing. I can't find anyone selling replacements but did find an aftermarket paddle here http://www.smartwsc.com/SMART-450/452-Shift-paddles-1 - only to be told they are 'not available/.

Can anyone suggest where I might look to find a replacement original paddle or aftermarket pair that would fit, please?
