I've been asked to remind card holders that they need to produce their card when claiming card discounts.
With the best will in the world it is very difficult to check validity of claims when several customers have arrived together to collect their vehicles.
We do hold a register which is available to sponsors and if you have mislaid your card then you need to state your username, your name, and you card number (Maybe keep the number on your mobile?) at the very least so that a check can be done.
