I have spent the last two weeks dealing with legal issues surrounding content posted using the smartManiacs services.
The site rules are as concise and clear as we can possibly make them, and are available HERE
When you use the smartManiacs services, you agree to abide by those rules.
We have tried to be as light on moderation as possible, but this has clearly exposed the site and subsequently members to threat of legal action.
The moderation team will not allow the existence of smartManiacs to be risked by those individuals that will abuse the services, and action will be taken against those in breach of the rules.
Please take 5 minutes to familiarise yourself with these.
