I sold my Smart today and these are left.
High quality 2-piece wheel adapter set to change Smarts bolt pattern from 3x112 to 4x100. These are made of high quality material by professionals. First piece is bolted into hub and the second one into the first one and in that you have bolts in 4x100 pattern. These makes 40mm total wide for these spacers.
Set of 4 spacers for all the corners and all bolts and nuts are included. So it's basicly bolt-on.
I had these on my 451 Fortwo passion (2010) with 15" Work Euroline 7"wide ET35 and it was perfect!
