Changing the speedo to 200km/h

Hi there i am thinking of buying from that guy in Greece his speedo that is modified to 200km/h.


Ist this going to work directly or do I have to program something, I have done this once with my first smart but that was a Brabus dash and they did it at the Mercedes 15 years ago.
