Hi all,
Just bought a lovely little 451 Passion (‘07) today and already completely in love with the little thing!
Amazingly it only ever had one lady owner before from ‘07 to the time the garage got hold of it and she must have been driving like a teenage boy trying to be cool because the drivers chair is stuck with a big old recline on it.
Now I drive like an old woman and like something upright, but when I try to use the adjustment handle, it doesn’t move at all!
Now I’m a complete newbie here, just wondering if it’s a fix that’s easy enough to do myself (been told it might be the wire that’s fallen off a hook in the mechanism?) or is it a garage job?
Tried pulling to pop the adjustment lever off a bit but since it’s day 1, I didn’t want to break anything!

Edit: Gave it a good shunt and it worked again! Not sure if I should be highly embarrassed by not trying that haha
