Polite, friendly and helpful.

Has a fridge full of free Coke in the waiting area plus you can go and dribble on the SL55 in theMerc showroom.

Just to repeat what everyone else has said on here....I found them fantastic to deal with, although for most of the time I was actually dealing with Chris on the Mercedes Sales Desk, and he was an absoloute star, didnt make me once feel like I was one of their cheaper customers :dollarey: :wag: and really did everything he could to help.

I definitely am going back there!

They are my local dealer. I found them a waste of time. You can never get them on the phone when you ring, they also never call you back if you leave a message. They dont reply to emails and I had to take my Smart 44 back about 3-4 times to get a problem fixed (which still isnt fixed as I gave up in the end).

I now use a specialist in Ware (Simon Light Ltd), cheaper and more efficient.

Well, credit where credit's due this time for smart of Hertford - just been to collect the Roadie after having the wing mirrors replaced (originally replaced by smart of Hertford when having the seals done about 9 months ago but had to take it back when the wing mirrors kept popping off because they'd broken apart inside and were therefore leaking worse than before).
When I got her back, the new WMs were excellently installed, she was clean, her wheels had had a wipe, they'd vac'ed inside, and no other problems reported so far...so very impressed. 10/10 for them on this one.

Mr J.Porter, what a great guy, have been using Smart of Hertford for prev and present Smart, Sending parts out is very reasonable too, Very good prices to say that they are a main dealer.
Will always recommend these guys and John Porter to anyone

I agree about John Porter but I find he is more the exception than the rule at Smart of Hertford.

I went there 2 weeks ago to get a new key programmed for my roadie. I was told if I came early then it wouldnt take more than about 20 mins. I arrived at 8.15 and only left at 10am .
