2010 451 power?

My wife has a 2010 fortwo 84bhp. We were told that this had an uprated map applied at the factory to get over some exhaust emission issues hence providing more than 84bhp. Can anyone please clarify?

I could be wrong but I believe the 84bhp was remapped to work with the Euro 5 exhaust, which is much longer than the Euro 4 specification exhaust. Maybe it is this?

The non turbo was either 61bhp or 71bhp.

I thought it was the turbo that increased the bhp over the normally aspirated 1000cc lump.
