Look into the current forfour for now. Still excellent cars for less than 5 Grand.
The new forfour is still a long way away and there will be the Nissan Micro version in the Usa by 2011 at the earliest.

They've re-"nosed" a 4-door Nissan Micra in the US and are to call that a "forFour" apparently....

Ugly car. It disappointments me when people say that- that should of been the forfour.
The forfour that smart released is so much more and classier than that Mitsubishi forfour wanabe... If you must recommend a mitsubishi as a forfour substitute, recommend the Colt.

nah, the forfour should have been a stretched fortwo, simple as that! A small, sensibly sized, different city car, not a supermini

Yep, Mitsi i car is what the Forfour should have been. Not what they made and definitely not a Micra with different lights, bumpers and grille. The Forfour is a nice car, but not a smart.
