so how does it work if you dont add it to your fuel? do you remove the cat/o2 sensors and swill them with it?

It's not a "fuel additive" but you still add it to fuel - it's just a means of delivery.

(I presume because most manufacturers do not recommend the use of additives)

putzie - your comment reminds me of the 'if its made in China it must be ****' attitude (funny people don't apply that logic to the iPhone!)

I've used this in my Mazda RX-8 & it worked wonders in lowering the emissions, flew through the MOT (car wasn't getting used much) - I bought it through a local RX-8 specialist (he used it himself)
as to wether or not it's safe to use on a Smart engine is a different story

As to usage, you just chuck the contents into a tank of fuel, drive 200 + miles, works by cleaning the **** off the Cat (no need to remove O2 sensors)

There is some historic issues raised with the advertising complaints people about this.

I rembered the word "upheld" beig used quie a lot.

Like anything that spends more time telling you what it isn't over what it is then its good to do some research.

Not sure why people have to get in bun fights over everything.

I myself am sceptical how it would do any good after (if) surviving the combustion process? but hey maybe it requires the combustion process to produce a compound that actually does something to the cat'??

Don't think there's a bun fight.

I wouldn't put anything in my fuel unless I was 100% sure of what it did
