Sad news

I am sad to report that Bil Gladstone of Kelowna BC, known here as "sunnyokanagan", passed away recently.

Bil was a great guy, generous and full of ideas for improving his "Wee smartie", as his 450 cdi was named.

He was most active at Club smart Car, but I thought that some of you would remember him from some of his posts here at smart maniacs.

Indeed sad news. He will be missed here but nothing like as much as by his family and friends, to whom I offer my condolences (should they get to read this thread).

WTF! Really! I have dealt with Bil on a personal level through my website for many years. He had some interesting ideas and he was generally the guy I spoke to when I wanted something testing on a CDI 450. Sad news indeed, it must have been something sudden.

I have conversed with him in the past, his input in the cdi realm of smart ownership will be missed immensely.
