Renault Twinfun/Twinrun concept possibly related to next ForFour

This might be a Renault version of the next ForFour, it's rear drive, with vents ahead of the rear wheels so maybe the engine back there too. There has been the cut and shut Twingo test mules running around for Renault/Smart, this might be that. It would make sense for Renault to have a mentalist version, with their history of the Renault 5 and Clio V6. Hopefully there would be an equally mental Brabus ForFour.

I heard that Renault and smart parted ways concerning the multicar platform because Renault couldn't afford to fund their end.

Sort of related: the new Clio has a 900cc 3 cylinder engine option, is this the same engine that's supposed to be in the next Smart?
