Looks like things are about to change in that there London and now, unless you've got an electric smart, you'll be charged.

No surprise. The Government will always move the goalposts as soon as people start getting Congestion Charge free cars.
It's nothing to do with pollution and everything to do with money.

Just a shame as although I never travel to London (apart from Monday just gone but that was docklands) I used to like the thought I'd be congestion charge free in NY CDI.

Electric next then I guess.
