Rear window washer

Hi all

My Smart 451 (2010) has started to leak from the rear washer pipe & the water is come out under the car along the left hand side sill outer , does anyone know how to get to the pipe along the left hand side of this smart , I have taken the outer sill off but no pipes or wiring , the front screen works ok its just the rear that is leaking .
