Just thought, as we hear so much negative stuff about MB dealers and smart, it would be worth posting about a really good experience. My crossblade was due an MOT so had it in the calendar to get it booked in before smart times. Smart of Portsmouth rang me to remind me it was due and also asked if they could service it at the same time if required. Well, with a long trip on the horizon I asked for the price. Well, B service, MOT, collection and delivery (45mls round trip) £200. Cheaper than my indie. It was fortunate for the driver it was a sunny day. Car is running noticeable better after its service so I am well pleased. Recommended.

No they didn't. Cars only done 6500 miles so i guess they thought it unnecessary.Comment

Doesn't make it such a good deal then - indie B services always include plugs - so you're not comparing apples with apples.Comment
