    Re: Forjoy ...

Zelden heeft er zo weinig tijd gezeten tussen een teaser en de onthulling. Zagen we net nog een designschets van de Smart Fourjoy Concept, nu levert Daimler al de foto's van de concept car aan.

    Photos of the concept now.

... And an article in English http://www.carscoops.com/2013/09/fir...s-fourjoy.html

It's definitely fourjoy. Stacey is lying down in a darkened room right now.

            Re: Forjoy ...

The eyes and the nose on the sketch above look much better than on the actual concept model. Some of the curves work nicely and there is even a bit of crossblade style where the front panel comes up to the wing mirror arm. Much like the forstars, the nose is too much like the Toyota IQ for my liking.

And it has got faaar too many seats!

The sketch is rather ambiguous, napkin/envelope quality. Seat does not look comfortable, lol.

              Cheers!

If it serves to show what the new Smart family will look like I think its a great sign of things to come (and a LOT more exciting than a Colt).

From the close ups I have seen of the new fortwo, this is pretty close. Remove the rear seats, cut and shut the body. Add doors (with proper mirrors), glass, roof and a far less interesting interior and that's the 2014 fortwo.
