Passenger air bag ?!

Hey guys as most know I got a fortwo cdi but need to know about the passenger air bag how to turn it off ? Iv looked on the the side panel and there is no key to turn it off or on etc. been to Mercedes and they said nothing they can do as that should have been done from factory and is not able to add one now !!

Is this correct or where they just chatting **** to me ??

I can't find the manual atm and i believe it's a 451 as it's a 2009 !

Airbag off can be retrofitted.

the switch can be fitted after its come off the production line

I had mine done at s2 smarts last year and coded by my merc dealer so I can assure you they can do it as can independents

Go to rob at S2 smarts he will fit it and get it coded for you - unless of course you don't live close enough to Watford to do that

Because either:
they don't know because they don't have that good a training,
or
they really don't want to have to bother doing it.
