They both use a 4G15 MIVEC block, correct.
The most powerful Colt on general release in the UK produces 163 PS (120 kW; 161 hp)
Where as the Brabus version of the engine produces 177 PS (130 kW; 175 hp)
I was hoping someone would be able to tell me if it is just a different mapping or if there are hardware differences to the block, head, manifolds, turbo, valves, cam etc
There are no differences in the engine. It's all down to the map.
The CZT was just the fastest standard Colt. Brabus are a separate company that know how to tune cars.
