So £40 a month tax and insurance plus 35mpg made you chop in a lotus??

My mate had his vx220 for a week - was too unrefined for him..

Yep that foot does have a lot to answer for. It also frightened me most days when it's wet, very twitchy. You have to give total concentration all the time.
Also my wife doesn't like it, says I drive too fast in it. lol

Yup - It does require precise throttle control

Trouble with going from such low power to high power ... I went from high power to low power!

I thought part of the fun was the oversteer .... Feather the throttle a bit and bring it back gently under control - I miss it loads!! Best car I've driven!
