Hi John,
I have just bought a Limited 2 which I shall be importing into Greece next year. We have a holiday home on Corfu and that is where the Smart will end up. Are you aware of any Smart specialist in Greece. Closer to Corfu the better but I don't mind driving it to the mainland to make sure it's looked after properly; that's if it drives. Guess I can always tow it to wherever it needs to go.

Your timing is pretty good as I'm currently putting together the trip from UK to Ancona and then onto Corfu.

First stop is the Greek Embassy in London to complete some paperwork and then off we go in mid March. Should be an interesting trip. I've done it on a number of occassions in my X5 and a previous V8 Disco 2 but a Smart is a new one.

Currently planning as follows:

Day 1 Kent to Landau in Germany for overnight hotel

Day 2 Isny to stay with freinds. It's on the German/Austrian Border

Day 3 Faenza near Imola in Italy

Day 4 Ferry to Igoumenitsa overnight

Should be around 300 miles a day so not too much stress on either me, SWMBO or the car.

As far as I looked for , I couldnt find an official dealer to Corfu.
As you can find out the official dealers are only around Athens far away from Corfu. Iam trying to find out an expert for smart close to Corfu.I will let you know.
