      Re: New Smart Owners Guide

Great stuff. My wife waved at a fellow Smartie the other day and couldn't understand why they looked so puzzled; until she realised that she was in our "other car".
Recently a woman on a bike waved feverishly at us, Perhaps she'd forgotten she was not in her Smart.

I agree with your comments. I have owned a new smartie for three weeks, i live in poole, in that short time of owning my smartie i have passed eleven smart cars in that erea. only one has waved back. the others look at you as though you are some sort of alien.
ok i am strange but not bloody strange.

                    Re: New Smart Owners Guide

having read the article, I have the following suggestions to make:-

In the section ON THE ROAD

The use of the word "you're" SMARTIE is incorrect... The abreviation means it should read "you are". Obviously in the context of the sentence, "your are SMARTIE...." is wrong. So the correct word to use would be "your".

Secondly, does the entity DCUK still exist? I thought Crysler had been dropped?

                    BUT

other than that, I think it is a good document, but I wonder how you are going to get it into peoples SMARTs? If you hand them out at the various SMART rallies / meeting you are really preaching to the converted! The only real place they need to be handed out, would be the dealerships, but I doubt many dealers would want to put one of these into each new SMART they sell.

It would be nice if it worked....

                    Regards,

                    John

As a new smart owner and I was very disappointed to find this download doesn't work. I would have loved to read it judging by the comments on here.
