  • Not a new Crossblade

Just been having a poke around the net and found this concept.....Looks to me like a new Crossblade but sadly not. Its an electric concept made by Reva Electric cars who make the vile G-Wizz....I Think this is cool...If it had an engine....

I think that looks very nice and easily enginable! A nicely tuned diesel would make that a more useable city car. Not sure about the wheels though?

not sure on the front - perhaps all red would look better.

Right now, I could use one of those - as a snow shovel...

oh my, not another smart rip-off
I wish people would invent their own compact design...
Oh well, nothing changes does it. :p

Even if it is a crossblade rip off....it has to be said it's the best design of the company!!!.......ALL the rest are fugly ... never liked the G wizz, horrible little car!!!

If their claims are right, 125 mile range & 81 mph max, this is almost getting to what would be a usable fun car!....................I did say ALMOST!!.......Why cant electric car makers adopt the 'top gear' approach (in a proper way)....by adding a small, quiet generator to supply constant power (at a very low cost) to the electric motors????.......Giving the car a vastly improved range, without affecting performance??

Chevy Volt - 40 miles on an electric charge, then the engine comes on to power the battery enough to run the car.

                      Another idea from REVA

The fully-electric 2011 Reva NXG tops out at 80 MPH, can travel 125 miles between charges and seats two beneath a removable targa top. Does that make it smarter than a Smart car?

The NXG was designed by Dilip Chabria of DC Design, who also worked on the Aston Martin Vanquish, the Rolls-Royce Coupe concept and even a two-door Porsche Cayenne

I'm not holding my breath .

The XBladealike even has a handle for you to hang it up with once your done!

Seriously though, I like both, especially the one with a roof - I'd have that. Bet it's silly money & **** in crash tests like the regular G-Wiz though...
