  • Brabus Front Spoiler and Brabus Rear Diffuser on my Cdi

    Hiya

I decided to splash out and get the Brabus Front Spoiler and new Brabus Rear Diffuser added to my Smart Cdi. I was going to have the Brabus side skirts but at over £500 decided on just getting the normal ones colour coded, as they look pretty much the same and a tenth of the price.
It does make the car look a whole lot better in think.

I thought the brabus side skirts WERE the same just colour coded anyway?

Looks good though! What was the cost of the bumpers?

      Wow looks very sexy

Love the combination of black and white car with red interior too. Like the chrome bits as well.

Yes that's what I'd heard aswell, and I've looked at the Brabus in the showroom and I can't tell the difference even if there is supposed to be, so definately not worth the extra £450.

The whole lot wasn't cheap really and i'm sure I could have shopped around and saved a bit but all the skirts painted and fitted was £1300. Was going to just get the standard painted but wanted something different, especially now with the new one coming out with colour coded skirts it wouldn't look any different

Same I had booked mine in and cancelled it. However, I have read that the painted skirts will be an option so hopefully noone will take it!

Very Nice! How much was the rear diffuser and what have you done to the rear lights?

The rear diffuser was £328. I've added Carbon Fibre Finish rear light covers from Smartmadness.com- here is the link http://www.smartmadness.com/servlet/...l-light/Detail. The front covers are the same aswell.

Ahh I looked at the front covers and did think about getting some. Look great, when I get the numberplate relocation bracket I'll order them at the same time! Not too keen on the rear smoked lights, but the fronts look great. So the fronts are carbon effect then> THe plain black smoked one looked too dark to me. How is light output affected

They seem ok but then I never actually drove in the dark before I put them on, so nothing to compare with.
What is the light output like normally?

I realise they tell you that, but of course they wouldn't be completely honest if they wanna sell you stuff. It says it lets a large amount of light through, suggesting it's stopping a noticable amount, and for such poor headlamps anyway, it worried me. Brabus headlamps are more attractive for that reason i think
