Not even my flat has all of that at the moment

you could rent my motorhome (and sublet the garage out to some Eastern European economic migrants). It has all those things, plus a garage.

no - it fits a scooter and two bikes, with storage space for tools and a little working space

if the motorhome is european , suited for a left-hand car , whats stopping you from using a rear towing eye
and winch it in backwards [ logic ] then get out the side door
