For people who do not have MS Word
The official home page of the Apache OpenOffice open source project, home of OpenOffice Writer, Calc, Impress, Draw and Base.

free software to download which will work in a similar way as MS Office ( Word, Excel & Powerpoint )

Re: Posting pictures in the forum

Can I suggest to adapt it in some way to let people know about the resize option.

It'd save getting huuuuuge pics in peoples posts.

                        so that won't work
                        it needs to be:
                        HTML Code:
                        [IMG]http://s304.photobucket.com/albums/nn190/alski1969/?action=view&current=Image015_1.jpg[/IMG]

In retrospect, I suppose "supercalafragalisticexpialadocious" wasn't a great "safe word..."

                          alski........

if you copied the link into the box that pops up when you click the icon, you have to delete the http bit or you get 2 http's..............its like typing www.www.smartmaniacs.co.uk

                          this is what you posted................

                          http:/ /http/ /s304.photobucket.com/albums/nn190/alski1969/?action=view&current=Image015_1.jpg

seeing as you are using photobucket, just copy the details in the bottom most box called IMG code - just copy and paste it!! it bypasses the need to click on the icon!!
