Community chatter posts not showing on forum homepage?

Is there something up or is community chatter not set up to show on the homepage now?

I just made a thread there and its not showing up here - http://www.smartmaniacs.co.uk/forums/index.php

neither are the other recent posts in CC.

It was like that last night when I was doing the word association thread it never showed on the home page when you had done it.

Nothing wrong with the system, I have removed them from showing in the recent posts as an experiment.

There was a time that I logged on last week and there was not a single smart topic on the homepage - this is a smart site.

I have other ideas under consideration to bring the community chatter back to the home page.

OK, for a trial period I've added a second window of recent posts for the off topic stuff.

Feedback on whether you want it to stay or not please.

Me either, but I'm at work and there is a limit to what effort I can put in right now.

Explain a bit more Jenny, the main forums are in the left hand navigation menu.

Yes but it's easier to use the drop down thingy. When Vlad had the site the links on the left neveer worked properly and you had to click a few times to get where you want to be.

I guess i'm now in the habit of only using the New Post search or clicking on any thread to get to a drop down jump thingy (does it have a real name???)
