Why is the level of posts set to keep newer members from playing in the arcade??

I understand it not being zero posts, but 25 serious post??? WHy not 5 or 10 maybe????

It took me forever to get past that hurdle

I'm stuggling to get jill's post count up to 25!!! she wanted a go on tetris earlier but it said NO as she's got less than 25 posts, so it's shawn on jills account trying to get her in!!!
