How come the rules of the site you agree to when registering aren't anywhere on the site after you've registered? It'd be useful to remind people what the rules are and what they're there for.
These rules form the terms of your membership of smartManiacs.

1.1: Content of a sexual nature is not permitted.
1.2: Hateful or illegal content is not permitted.
1.3: Dual accounts are not permitted, unless first agreed with the smartManiacs admin team.
1.4: You must have your name and valid e-mail address in your profile so a forum moderator or administrator can reach you.
Avatars
2.1: All avatars must be no larger than 65 pixels wide and 65 pixels high.
2.2: Advertising images or advertising texts as an avatar are not permitted unless a smartManiacs advertising agreement is in place or prior approval has been received from smartManiacs.
2.3: Images of a sexual nature (including, but not explicitly limited to: nipples, genitals, buttocks etc.) are not permitted.
2.4: Hateful or illegal images are not permitted.
Signatures
3.1 A guideline for maximum total signature size is 70 pixels high and 600 pixels wide. The reason for this is to keep signature images and text from dominating a thread and interrupting other readers' enjoyment of it. To that end, the Moderators kindly ask that you keep this in mind as they may request that any signature that is overbearing be changed.
3.2 Advertising banners or advertising texts as a signature are not permitted unless a smartMnaiacs advertising agreement is in place or prior approval has been received from smartManiacs.
3.3 Images of a sexual nature (nipples, genitals, or buttocks etc.) are not permitted.
3.4 Hateful or illegal text or images are not permitted.
Content
4.1: Any material, which is false, abusive, defamatory, inaccurate, hateful, harassing, or otherwise in violation of any law, is not permitted. Any content of this type that is posted may be removed without prior notice.
4.2: Any material that is specifically posted with the intention of bringing the reputation of smartMaiacs into disrepute is not permitted. Any content of this type that is posted may be removed without prior notice.
4.3: Posting of copyrighted material unless you are the copyright owner or unless consent from the owner of the copyrighted material has been given is not permitted. Any content of this type that is posted may be removed without prior notice.
4.4: Spam, flooding, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations in any format are not permitted. Any content of this type that is posted may be removed without prior notice.
4.5: Unless a smartManiacs advertising agreement is in place commercial advertisements in any format are not permitted. Any content of this type that is posted may be removed without prior notice.
4.6: Any content included in threads be it by link or other means that is deemed inappropriate by the forum moderators may be removed or edited at the discretion of a forum moderator. Inappropriate content may include, but is not explicitly limited to, images of a sexual nature or subject matter that portrays false, abusive, defamatory or hateful content.
4.7: Any single attached image must be no larger than 650 pixels wide and 650 pixels high.
4.8: The moderators will send a PM to the member to notify them their post has been removed or edited.
4.9: Any threads created in a smartManiacs forum specifically to promote items for sale in smartManiacs Classifieds may be removed without prior notice.
4.10: No investment advice of any kind is allowed to be published on the forums. After consultation with the FSA it is smartManiac's understanding that this could contravene FSA regulations. Posts requesting or offering specific investment advice may be removed without notice.

An entry in Classifieds must be for personal use only, unless commercial advertising is approved. User Conduct

5.1: Upload, post, email, otherwise transmit, or post links to any Content, or select any member or user name or email address, information that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, libelous, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, hateful, or racially, sexually, ethnically or otherwise objectionable 5.2: Upload, post, email, otherwise transmit, or post links to any Content that promotes illegal activity, including without limitation the provision of instructions for illegal activity. 5.3: "Stalk" or otherwise harass another. 5.4: Collect or store personally identifying information about other users for commercial or unlawful purposes. 5.5: Impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a smartmaniacs representative, forum leader, guide or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity. 5.6: Upload, post, email, otherwise transmit, or post links to any Content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or regulation or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, or proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements). 5.7: Upload, post, email, otherwise transmit, or post links to any material that contains software viruses, worms, trojan horses, time bombs, trap doors or any other computer code, files or programs or repetitive requests for information designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment or to diminish the quality of, interfere with the performance of, or impair the functionality of the smartmaniacs site. 5.8: Interfere with any action by any smartmaniacs representative to redress any violation of these Terms and Conditions. 5.9: Upload, post, email, otherwise transmit, or post links to any material, or act in any manner, that is offensive to the smartmaniacs network community or the spirit of these Terms and Conditions.
6.1: smartManiacs reserves the right to suspend any accounts that breach posting rules.
6.2: At their discretion smartManiacs moderators will if necessary amend thread content, move threads to a more appropriate smartManiacs forum, close threads or remove threads completely.
6.3: Anyone associated with hateful or illegal text or image content in any way will be liable to immediate suspension from posting.
6.4: Suspension from posting may result in further action being taken by smartManiacs, which may result in expulsion.

7.1: Offers are subject to change at any time, any discounts must be confirmed with the supplier before a commitment or work order is agreed.
7.2: Once enhanced forum privileges are issued, the membership fee is non refundable.
7.3: The card remans the property of smartManiacs and must be surrendered if requested.
