If the company in mind would play by the rules there would be no need to have this in place. Besides that, most mere mortals can use google!

As to your accusation that others 'get away with it' the 'others' have advertising agreements in place, otherwise they would not.

If you have a problem with that then why do you not simply do what you said you were going to do and not use this site?
