Can we have a 10 sec auto refresh on the main forum page? Or make it an members option? Its annoying clicking refresh.

i normally keep a forum tab open so i can flick between.

I find clicking "New Posts" helps. No hassle involved there I have several tabs on the go and flick between them.

Or use Opera as your browser which has an auto-refresh feature built in, any interval from 5s to 30min, or custom.

if people didn't post absolute drivel and nonsense on technical posts (and you know who you are, OP) then there would be less need for an auto refresh option!

Mind you, I have another suggestion. Another forum I use (not Smart Related) uses the same VBulleting software, yet has a javascript-based chatroom. This would be ideal for us! We can even have conferences for organising events! How about it then Rich? Is it easy for you to enable?
