Edit: I'm with JC, I've quite often found I can't rep people and have to 'spread it around' first. A timer of so much rep a day or something would be better.

i just tried to give miami gulf and Mr poo some rep for a funny post and it said i have to spread it around. How far do i have to spread my rep before i can give it to the people who i want to give it too? Wouldnt it be better to have a timer so you cant give the same person rep twice the same day?

There are only a few people on here that post things that are worth rep'ing lol.
