New Member Help Team

I've been thinking for a while that it can be quite daunting for someone new to join our group.

We have ALOT of people that lurk and never post.

Are we that scary? (rhetorical question!)

I'd like to try out an idea, and am looking for a few members who would spare time to help new members with any aspect of the site, and smart ownership.

The team would have access to a private forum in which only the thread starter can see their post, and the team.

If you would be interested in joining this team, please let me know by adding a post below.

i'd be willing to help. though i'm not sure if i'm really active enough on the site... though i did go camping for the bexhill beach party in 2007 three weeks after buying the car!!!

ps i did go back to bexhill in 2008 as it was a good experience, along with doing a beaulieu, an m25 run, brooklands and a few walton meets

There's no obligation to be on the site all day

The idea is that people will be able to ask a question in private, and be free from any potential hassle.
