Where have my posts gone??

Further to protestations from smartmaniacs that they do not censor posts on this forum, can someone please advise me:

a) Where my comments re civil liberties have been moved to?

b) Why they have been removed, as far as I am aware, I have not broken any forum rules.

c) Why I have not been notified, as per the following clause:

4.8: The moderators will send a PM to the member to notify them their post has been removed or edited.

They were removed as part of the cleanup of a littered thread, and did not make sense left in the thread or standing alone.

6.2: At their discretion smartManiacs moderators will if necessary amend thread content, move threads to a more appropriate smartManiacs forum, close threads or remove threads completely.

I am happy to discuss this matter further in PM.

I personally have never had an infraction, howver might it be appropriate to remind members of the reasons for receiving one?
