they both say 09:22PM at this end

I've got my clock set to GMT when logged in

the site reverts to showing GMT+1 when not logged in for some bizarre reason you've not explained yet

wacky think is the system clock is still showing 9:33Pm at bottom of page at time of my posting

Think you'll find the speaking clock has the same length pips, it's the radio time signal that has the long one at the end.
