New unapproved member Smart gt sent me a visitor message today requesting help. I could read his message in the email notification but found I am not authorised to read it here. What is going on?

No idea why - I've manually approved what posts I can (can't seem to approve visitor posts) and nothing wrong on the account - maybe there is a minimum post limit? not sur.
up to 13 posts now, so can you try again?
