Hello, found one on ebay, and I was wondering, if it does work on grundig cassette/radio one? (with all the track selection etc)

The CTAMSIPOD001 kit comprises of an interface to allow direct connection of an iPod to Smart vehicles with Grundig MC1200 head units fitted in the following models:
Smart Car : most models
