Couple of quickies....Honestly!

Hiya all!

I have a basic grundig head unit, no cd, no tape.

questions;

1) how do you get the head unit out?
2) does anyone have a basic wiring diagram for running a sub with High Level inputs on it? Diag. showing, power feed, to and from? trigger on? etc...
3) is it best to run the 'trigger' on from the cigarete lighter thingy? or does this stay on all the time? even when engine and keys a fully off?

1. use stereo removal tools
2. go to fq101 or evilution
3. cig lighter is on only when the power is on

You could do what scroats and pikeys do and just smash the dash to get the radio out!

are you taking a high input from the headunit? and using the standard headunit to run a sub/amp?

Yes!

THis an issue? Done this in the Corsa, and seams to work fine...!
