Where can i get a double din adaptor

Does anyone know where I can get a double din adaptor plate for a 451?
Went to my local dealer and they told me they dont' do them because they get them from Pioneer with the sat navs. I ve seen them on the berlin-tuning website, but they don't have an english version.
