Has anyone ever put speakers into a fabricated MDF rear parcel shelf (replacing the flimsy standard leather sheet)?!
If so, what route did you go down (i.e. what speakers etc) and where did you run the wiring for ease of removal when required.
I was thinking of using Vibe components in order to be able to utilise their quick release speaker connectors and hiding the wiring in the normal manner (under carpets, panels, plastics etc)
Would appreciate any info if anyone has done this and how difficult it proved to be!
PS i plan to run a small underseat active subwoofer under the passenger seat so would appreciate any info on powering two amplifiers (power cap required?!)
