Been bought one of these for Xmas. Should fit a treat in the boot of my roady. Anyone have experience of these? I'm not sure what to do with the "high power" input. It's got the usual connectors - power, remote, neg and RCA inputs but the high power confuses me, which is really not that difficult.

High level inputs are if you only have speaker outputs on your stereo.
If you have RCA outs on your stereo (low level outputs) then attach them to the RCA ports.
