Hey guys...
I've been trying to fix a problem I found on my stereo:
On the AUX output I can hear a "ticking" sound (when I turn the volume up to max).
I tried the following:
A. Changed the stereo to a new one, the same type, fresh from a box.
B. Changed the RCAs, connected the stereo (both of them, old and new) straight to the amp.
C. Changed the AUX cable (earphones plug on both ends) to a really expensive one.
D. Changed and plugged 2 (two) other iPhones rather than my one.
Nothing helped... the "ticking" sound stays...
The only thing that hasn't been changed is the amp itself, but I believe there's nothing to do with it -
Because on every other output option (radio, usb, etc) - there's NO "ticking" sounds whatsoever.
I've been asking around with some "sound experts" over here, and they were stunned... never seen this before.
I guessed it's a good idea to post it up on the forum, and maybe some friends over here would give me some thoughts.
I'll appreciate everything, LOL.
