LED Bulbs

I have a 2011 ForTwo, one of the few problems I incur is the fact that the car goes through bulbs as a pastime, mainly due to the massive potholes on our roads, I have fitted rear bulbs on the stop/tail, number plate and parking lights, I tried the headlamp bulbs that I found in Halfords and, to be honest, candles are brighter, I wonder if anyone knows if there's any LED headlamp bulbs that I can fit that are also bright enough for me to see where I'm going. I also put a bulb in the rear fog light, but it comes on with the lights, so I've gone back to conventional bulbs for that too, I was going to try replacing the indicator bulbs, but from past experience on motorbikes, they'll probably flash too fast.
